This product is custom made per individual. There is a 4 to 6 week lead time. Please ask for the form to be sent to you or download it off the web site. You will need to have impressions taken by a hearing professional; there is a cost of about $40 to $60 for them to do this. It is important to take your impressions to the second bend of your ear canal with your mouth open and closed 2 or 3 times, during impression.
